StylingLog is an independent, editor-led reference site for denim fit, wardrobe planning, and practical outfit decisions. The site is designed to help readers compare garments, identify fit problems, and build a wardrobe around real activities rather than trend lists.

Who publishes the guides

Current guides use the shared public byline StylingLog Editorial Desk. This is a brand byline for editorial responsibility, not a claim that every article records one person’s wear test. Blogger may expose account-level profile names in legacy feed metadata; those technical names do not represent separate endorsements or undisclosed contributors.

How the content is prepared

Each retained guide is built around an observable decision process: garment measurements, construction details, care-label instructions, movement checks, weather or workplace requirements, and clearly stated limitations. Where a factual claim depends on an outside authority, the page links to the source. Subjective styling suggestions are labeled as options rather than universal rules.

StylingLog does not present a recommendation as personal testing unless the page documents who performed the test, the garment, measurements, conditions, and date. Software may assist with organization or proofreading, but software output is not treated as evidence of real-world experience.

Image and product policy

StylingLog does not publish an image merely because it resembles the topic. An editorial image must show the garment or comparison described and must have a documented origin and right of use. Core guides may intentionally contain no fashion photograph when an accurate, rights-cleared image is unavailable. No current core guide contains paid product placement or an affiliate ranking.

Corrections and updates

Pages display a reviewed date when they receive a substantive check. Corrections are made when a measurement method, source, product fact, or description is inaccurate. Readers can report an error or request clarification at contact@stylinglog.com. Include the page URL and the sentence or table entry in question.

What StylingLog does not promise

Fit varies by body, brand, pattern, fabric, size, and preference. The guides are educational and cannot replace trying on the actual garment, following its care label, observing a workplace or safety policy, or obtaining advice from a qualified tailor or relevant professional.
